From the PResident
Brothers,
The Chi Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity is honored to welcome back past brothers and guests to celebrate 100 years of Resolute Men at Auburn University's campus. Current and past brothers will enjoy a Friday evening at the house with great food and live music before waking up on Saturday to golf and tours or the Auburn campus. On Saturday evening, we look forward to an incredible reception and dinner at the Auburn Marriott Opelika Hotel & Conference Center at Grand National celebrating Chi Chapter's rich history. All of the active brothers look forward to an exciting weekend of fellowship with those who came before us.
Love and Respect,
Matt Lavender, President
We Invite you to join us
Since 1918, Auburn's Chi Chapter has continually made an impact on Auburn's campus, on the lives of its members, and on the greater international fraternity as a whole. From our humble beginnings, to our many years on West Magnolia, all the way up to the present at our house on Lem Morrison Drive - though a lot has changed, there are some things that always stay the same.
Chi Chapter continues to itself on not only being one of the best fraternities at Auburn University, but rather, one of the best fraternities in the nation. Currently standing over 170 members strong, we repeatedly tout some of strongest recruitment efforts and campus leadership representation of any Theta Chi chapter in the nation. Over just the past year on campus, we have been represented by some of our Brothers in some of the strongest positions of leadership and service to Auburn that exist on its campus - including SGA executive officers, Interfraternity Council executive officers, Athletic Recruiters, and more. While we are certainly proud of our accomplishments in recent years, we know that the Chapter is not where it is today by our efforts alone.
It is because of the legacy left behind by Brothers of years past that we stand here, stronger than ever, today. Without the foundation that was built by those before us, there would be no history, no house, and no sacred purpose.
After 100 years of building resolute men at Auburn, we are proud to announce our Centennial Celebration. We want to celebrate the memories, the friendship, and the legacy that has brought us to this momentous occasion. We hope you will join us on the weekend of April 27-29, 2018 for a time of fellowship and fun that will not soon be forgotten.
